I am on a PC and was using IE for my browser. I was transferring my WebCT Cultural Anthropology syllabus over. When I pasted it into the large text block it always came out in plain text. So I tried to paste and edit it in the smaller text block and when I would highlight an area of text to change font, things would get scrambled. Sometimes like items would cluster. For example all my "Week 1", "Week 2", "Week 3", etc titles would be extracted and clustered at the bottom. I never highlighted just these items, so I don't think I could have accidentally moved them. Weird. Anyway, I tried creating the new syllabus using a Text Page and also tried a Web Page. Let me know if you can not recreate it and I will come in next Weds Aug 23rd and give it a try.

Thanks,
Kathy

No idea. I'd like to try to recreate the problem. Are you on PC or MAC and were you transferring from a Word document? Can you send me a copy of your original document you were trying to post? Did this happen with all documents or just this particular one?
Thanks for the info,
Meredith

I fixed the problem by going into the actual file and editing the HTML code, and then setting up a link to that file. Any idea why the text was getting rearranged?
