Meredith, I can't login at all. I think I told windows at some point to remember my password and now it won't let me submit with a blank password space. Arrgh! Any other suggestions? Annie

Next time you login go to the 'Your Info' section at the top re-enter your info, change password if you want and input the correct email address. Be sure to save.

Sometimes when you forget to logout it will erase your password. If this happens again:
1. Enter user name
2. Click into the password box but leave it blank and hit 'submit'.
3. Fill in all info under 'Your Info'
