Alice,

Make sure you're logging in with your complete L-number, including leading zeros, and are using only the first six characters of your ExpressLane PIN.  If that doesn't solve the problem, please let me know.

It rejects my sign in even though the exact same ID and pin get me into expresslane. You mentioned that I had to contact someone with Moodle, but I didn't note the URL. It was a great workshop and I was excited to get started, so disappointed that I can't.
