For videos, she needs to put it in a web-ready format.   .mov  .avi.  .wmv
Advise her on that.

Then, she should post the large files to her teach account using FTP.  We do not want to use the Moodle server as a media streaming server.  She can use Moodle to simply "link" to those files.

Hi Joe and Meredith,

Just wanted to check with you on this one ... iVideo (as in http://ivideo.sourceforge.net ) is for the Mac, so I didn't know if Joe had used it.  

Sounds like all Susan needs to do is post the files (just like any other file ... post it just like a PowerPoint file or other attachment to something similar to an assignment in Moodle).

Feel free to let me know.

I have some video that is in iVideo format, but I'm lost as to how to make it neatly available to my students without crashing their systems. I need to know how to create a method of how to access it depending on their method of receiving input - (access speed).  Any one willing to work with me?
