I restored my classes but received this error message for two of them: "An error has occurred and the restore could not be completed." In addition, the class shells of the two problem classes disappeared.

Could you create another shell for these classes and I'll try this again.

BT 120--MS Word for Business (CRN 23482) 
 BT 010--Computer Keyboarding (CRN 23473)

Hi Laura, 
You need to be sure to choose the Restore Course DELETING It First option when restoring your backup files to your empty Fall term Moodle courses.  It is perhaps the most important step in the restoring process.  You can do it right now.
