I had asked for your department to put  the request through the Webmaster Work Order form on http://teach.lanecc.edu.  The unofficial answer is that we do not have the capabilities to test converting a Blackboard course, mainly because we do not own rights to Blackboard. However, I would assume there is a way to do it. We are backed up right now with in-service and conversion of fall term WebCt to Moodle courses.  Is it scheduled to go live for fall term?
