Hi Joe,

I know I'm to contact the Faculty Webmaster for Moodle questions; however, =
since you are familiar with our "special apprenticeship classes" which are =
set up in Moodle (all having the same CRN#), I really thought it would be b=
est to ask you this question.

I just printed out the new Plans and Schedule for Moodle for Fall 2006. I h=
ave 5 classes set up in Moodle for Fall 2006 (Limited Energy Year 1 Term 1,=
 Year 1 Term 2, Year 1 Term 3, Year 2 Term 1, and NEC Test Prep Quizzes for=
 Limited Energy). Per the new instructions, it states that students will no=
w log in to Moodle with L # and ExpressLane PIN and automatically be enroll=
ed in class which they are registered for in Banner. How will this effect o=
ur classes which all have the same CRN#???? I planned to send out the Fall =
2006 course email to our Limited Energy students this week, but now I'm not=
 sure what to do. I'm afraid I have a big problem here.....all of our LE st=
udents will be registered for one CRN#, but in Moodle, they are to be enrol=
led in either Year 1 Term 1, Year 1 Term 2, etc. not all courses which the =
CRN# is assigned. Do I have any options here? Will all of our LE students b=
e enrolled in all 5 classes in Moodle and will I have to go in an un-enroll=
 students accordingly per class?

Please let me know what I can do as soon as possible, as our students our i=
n limbo at this point.
