Your organization has chosen DigiTar!
Welcome to DigiTar Sentinel Messaging! Your organization has chosen us
to protect your e-mail from spam, worms, viruses and other dangerous content!
We thank you for selecting DigiTar and, as of this moment, you are already
being protected! You are receiving this	message to inform you that a secure
personal message quarantine has been automatically created for you. Anytime a
message is deemed dangerous, DigiTar Sentinel Messaging automatically protects
your mailbox from the message and places it in your personal quarantine site.

I can't find an important email! Where is it?
Every message that doesn't make it to your Inbox is held in your
personal DigiTar Quarantine for 15 days. If you're missing a message, it is
probably in your personal quarantine. To log into your quarantine at any time,
go to https://portal.digitar.com and log in using your full e-mail address as
your username, and "nospam" as your password, as follows:

    Personal SMS Quarantine: https://portal.digitar.com
    SMS Quarantine Username: online@lanecc.edu
    SMS Quarantine Password: tipper10

Is there a way to see if something important got caught?
You will receive a weekly digest via e-mail which contains a list of
the spam intercepted for you. From this digest you can identify desired and/or
legitimate messages that were incorrectly labeled as spam, and "release" them
to your mailbox. DigiTar Sentinel Messaging is over 98% accurate in
identifying spam, and every time you "release" an incorrectly quarantined
message, it learns your rules, becoming over 99% accurate.
It is possible to change the frequency interval at which digests are
received from within your personal quarantine (https://portal.digitar.com). To
do this, simply log in with your username and password and click the 'Options'
link at the top of the page.

Spam is getting into my Inbox! What do I do?
Initially upon beginning to use DigiTar Sentinel Messaging some
training may be required when a mis-classification occurs. A mis-classification
is either spam you receive that should have been caught, or legitimate mail
that is identified as spam and quarantined instead of being allowed to pass
through.
To report spam that slips through: click forward on the spam message
and send it to report_spam@spam.digitar.com. (You may delete the spam after you
have reported it.)
