Anne,

At present, we plan to keep Winter term available to students until the end of Spring term.  That was at the request of faculty who have students who need to finish incompletes.  We don't have a hard-and-fast rule about this yet, but my guess is that this practice will continue into the future.

Any mail that you send to your students from Winter term will continue to be delivered just as it was during the term.  (Students with incorrect or disabled email addresses still won't get what you send.)
