Sharon,

There were a couple of issues at play here.  One was an oversight on my part: I thought I'd installed the fix for importing WebCT questions in Spring term, when I hadn't.  That one's taken care of.  The other was a problem with the format of the files--Moodle doesn't seem to like DOS-format line endings.  So I went ahead and saved the files with UNIX line endings, and the files imported without any problem.  

I've imported all eight chapters into your BT 220/42282 course--I created a new top-level category (WebCT test bank, I think) and put each chapter's questions as a subcategory under that.  You can move the questions from those categories into your quiz categories as convenient.

So I think you should be set to go.  Let me know if you have any further problems.

I was thinking the work you did was in my current spring term version of the course. I must have backed up the course and restored it to spring term before you started working on the quizzes.

Your questions are still available (in correctly imported form) in the copy of the course I was working with in Fall 2006.  Let's try exporting them from there and importing them into you current course.  Give me a call and we can go over how to do that.
