I misunderstood what she was asking when I talked to you on the phone. I don't think she wants to replace the content of your course--I think she wants to add it to a Supplemental Instruction metacourse so that students in all of the four CRNs have automatic access to the supplemental materials. My apologies for the confusion, because I think I confused the issue when we talked about it. I had just gotten up from a nap a few minutes before and was a litttle groggy (don't worry, you didn't wake me up--I was just a little tired after working to get Moodle available!). But the gist is that adding a course to a metacourse doesn't replace the content of the child. There's a longer explanation in the message I cc:d to you, so I won't repeat myself here. We had one called Accounting Supplemental Instruction last term and would like to continue to call it that if possible. In the future, this site will have other accounting courses as child courses as well. THe purpose of the site is to allow all the students taking accounting classes to access a common set of forums, tips, etc., that we will develop and add over time. Let me know how to proceed.
