I agree the wording wasn't the best.  I included it to try to indicate that the scope of SHeD assistance is somewhat limited.  I decided to say "technical assistance with Moodle" instead.

On the angle brackets: that's a habit from email; if a person tries to copy and paste the URL, they'll frequently  include the period at the end of a sentence unless there's something separating the URL from the period.  (This happens, of course, most frequently with CIT instructors....)  In a web page, obviously, it doesn't matter that much, so I've removed them.
