Fred et al,

I'm working to start using Banner's preferred first name (nickname) for Winter term.  This will require that you have Fred set as your first name in Banner, which may require you to talk to HR.  I'll have more details as soon as I get the first extract from the Banner programmers, so I should be able to tell you then what you'll need to do.

This will not take effect until Winter term.
