Since your site is so extensive you may want to use Moodle instead. It may be easier in the long run to update. Every instructor has a Moodle course created automatically for him or her for all current term courses. It is available to you to edit but not visible to students until you turn it on.

I am interested in converting my present (fairly extensive) website to EasyWebsite.  Would it be possible to schedule a block of time tomorrow (Thursday) to get me started converting my existing website to an EasyWebsite?  I can arrange to be on campus tomorrow afternoon--an appointment with you at 1:00 would be ideal for me, but later is ok, too.  Would this work for you?
