Jon,

I've figured out what happened with your course.

When you restored it, you restored it to a new course (the first menu item in the "Restore to:" menu that pops up in, I believe, the third screen that you see in the restore process).  It should be to 'An existing course, deleting it first."  As a result, the  new course a) did not have you assigned as an instructor; and b) overwrote certain data for the existing course, preventing students from being enrolled in it.  I have deleted the errant course, and what you see in 30357 should now be what you expect.

There are instructions for backup up and restoring courses at https://teach.lanecc.edu/moodle (look for the "How to backup and restore your courses from term to term" link).  There are a number of gotchas in the process (points where things can go wrong), so next time you back up and restore courses, you may find it helpful to pull up these instructions and go through step by step.  The instructions have also changed a couple of times over the last two terms--the old instructions may actually cause some problems, particularly with enrollments.
