I agree that Joe's solution is better than anything I've written about.  I'=
m not sure that Hyla actually understood what he was suggesting, but the fa=
ct that she wrote me after Joe had answered here in the forum suggests that=
 she somehow didn't see his solution as acceptable, so I was kind of asking=
 to see if there were alternatives.  I'm guessing not.  We still suffer fro=
m confusion when students see multiple exams, but from what I see, there's =
not much we can do about that.

Do we have confirmation on the "students-can't-go-overtime-on-a-timed-quiz"=
 question?
