Folks,

As you'll see in my response to Mike Mitchell's email, I think there may be a problem with my custom metacourse form.  Mike is the second person to call about missing enrollments in his metacourse, which in both cases were caused by the metacourse not having any children.  I've noticed some other weird behavior as well (it barfs, for example, if you don't have any courses assigned to you and you hit the metacourse button).  I'm going to take a look at it if I have the chance, but there may not be time to isolate the problems, so if we get more people reporting strange metacourse problems, I'll probably just restore the old child courses link.

One other thing I noticed is that the existence of the metacourses versus child courses link seems to be theme-dependent, which it shouldn't be.
