Three reports came in this morning, first at report around 8:30am. I called David at home at 10:20am and he is looking into the problem. We have course testing going on but I'm not sure which class this is for. I will email the instructor, Joy Crump and let her know the status.

Error: Database connection failed.

It is possible that the database is overloaded or otherwise not running properly.

The site administrator should also check that the database details have been correctly specified in config.php
