David and Joe,

Hello! I seem to have another Moodle problem. This one's related to Moodle mail. Any advice or input would be truly welcome.

Just now, when I tried to email my student Mandy Perez from my Moodle class (WR 122 CRN 24466) (using the correct, Joe-recommended emailing procedure), I received the following error message:

ERROR: The following From address failed: moodleadmin@lanecc.edu

This seems strange. Does it have something to do with this student having an "email [that's] not set" in Moodle? I remember that you pointed this out to me earlier, David. Since I'm just trying to send the student a message *within* Moodle, it should not matter (should it?) that her "regular" email address isn't set.

The message I sent or tried to send to Mandy Perez showed up in my "Message History," so I am hoping it got sent. (I sent it a second time to make sure.)

When you have time, please let me know what you think. Thank you so much!

Best,
Jennifer
