I've finished the (first draft of) the new metacourse documentation and uploaded it to teach.  It replaces the earlier documentation, so the links both from teach and from the Metacourse form now point there.  The old version has been moved to a different name in the same pdf subdirectory (metacourse.fall2006.pdf, I think) in case we need to continue making the old one accessible.
