Folks,

Don't know if you know about this already.  Annie fixed the immediate problem as follows:

"I had the assignment set to prevent late submissions. When I changed it to allow late submissions, it let me upload my instructor's response file.  (You'd think an instructor response could go up anyway, but it didn't... A future fix??)"

I'll look for a code fix for the Winter instance (if any of you already know about one, let me know).
