After I thought about it, I realized that preventing instructors from changing course names wouldn't work because it would also prevent them from creating courses, as well.  I'll keep the warnings there (DON'T CHANGE THIS OR VICIOUS KILLER RABBITS WILL DESCEND UPON YOU WITH NASTY SHARP POINTY TEETH), and reiterate the warning in my email to faculty.

The course ID number will remain readonly, however.
