  I am unable to log on to Moodle to take a test.
 
This is the link I am using though I can not get a log on page for Lane no matter what I try. Please see link and response below.

Error: Database connection failed.
It is possible that the database is overloaded or otherwise not running properly.
The site administrator should also check that the database details have been correctly specified in config.php
