I think what you may have heard about is the  Lane CC Hybrid Guidelines and Best Practices. It is a document based (with QM permissions of course) on the Quality Matters rubric. It is  geared more for hybrid courses but certainly applies to online courses as well. I have attached a copy of the guidelines for you. A checklist on procedures and scheduling of online courses should be available from your division manager.

We are hoping in the near future to  make a move towards utilizing the official Quality Matters Rubric for Online and Hybrid Courses. Until then, I think you may find the Lane Guidelines very useful.
