I have an instructor who insists that since she is using ez web page that she should not go to online@lanecc.edu for questions.
 
The problem is that since someone visited her workstation and ran updates to windows, groupwise, etc she says that she can no longer get to her EZ website.    Do you know of any Microsoft updates that would cause a problem?
