hi everyone,

i have a "groups" question for my moodle course.

i have divided my enrolled students into 6 groups.  each week,
i want them to post to each other within those groups. i have
set up these forums with a "separate groups" setting i also
have a question for discussion that i want ALL students to participate in. i have
set these forums up as a "visible groups" setting.

my question is the subscription issue: do i force everyone to be subscribed to both of these forum types,
assuming that the "groups" setting (separate groups and visible groups)
will take care of who gets what messages? or if i force everyone to 
be subscribed to the "separate group" forums, does moodle mean
"everyone in the class"?
