Hello,

I am teaching a telecourse this quarter--where I do lots of moodle 
communication with my students.  However, I only have 24 students in the 
class, but there are 41 students listed in moodle.   In the participant 
block I have selected individual students and selected the "unenroll me 
from the course"  and the I get a note that "you cannot unenroll".  This 
is a meta class (Bio 101J with 2 sections).

Can you please help me figure out how to unenroll students from my class 
who are not registered for it?
