Hello
  I am trying to learn to FTP to my  Easy WEb Page. I want to put a small video that I made there so I can link to it from my Moodle site. 

I did download the Win FtP (on my computer at home). I can see the two columns, left has my directory on the computer and right is the directory for online.  I can drag from left to right. Here are my questions:

What should I save a video as to  transfer it?
Even though I can drag a doc file from left to right columns, why  can't I see it on my web page on Firefox browser? (I haven't tryed a video yet.) 
Also Joe said I could require a password to open the video. How is this done? 
I don't see anywhere in this program to "upload." Is this done automatically when I move it to the right column?
I have tried reading online manuals but they aren't helping. 

Any suggestions?
