I can do that.  I know how to restore, I just want to make sure that I do it as soon as the server is available. Should I assume that you know which courses will need "shells" on the winter server?  Or do I need to send you the CRN's?

Hi Michelle, 
We will be emailing all faculty when the winter term is available. For now, keep working on your course in the category Courses under development. When it is time to move to the winter term you will need to backup and restore your own course. There is a training video located on the Moodle for Instructors course/forum. To access the forum go to:

Go to the Moodle Training Library > Backing up and restoring your files
