The caller was Jane Benjamin.  I did insist but she was equally insistent that the problem was due to one of our techs.  She's confused so I just need some info to help unconfuse her.

It is possible that she has not used her account in a long time and it was turned off when the upgrade occurred. If you can send me her name I'll check it out. 

No, none of your upgrades would stop them from seeing their Easysite - unless the upgrade was with a hammer!

I have an instructor who insists that since she is using ez web page that she should not go to online@lanecc.edu for questions.

The problem is that since someone visited her workstation and ran updates to windows, groupwise, etc she says that she can no longer get to her EZ website.    Do you know of any Microsoft updates that would cause a problem?
