Len mentioned this problem to me earlier.  Did anyone try their L# and PIN (6 digits) as the login?  It's my understanding that ICL imaged machines should work with staff L# logins now.

Hi Barb, 
This is a follow-up to my phone call. My understanding is 19/245 is now being used as a Smart Classroom. The morning instructor was unable to login in. We called the Help Desk, Len, and Michael Levick and no one could login - everyone gave it their best shot! I remembered an old password from a workshop I did and I was able to get her in with student access (student/dreamweaver). There are 7 classes scheduled in there for this term. Could someone create a login for instructors asap please- AV/blank maybe? There is an evening class tonight and no one will be here to assist the person. Can we leave login instructions next to the computer?
