Vicki,

I'm a little confused.  It sounds like you have been teaching this course since last term--and yet you are still not assigned as the instructor in ExpressLane?  The problem is that I don't have a record for you in any of the systems that I maintain, and I get daily feeds from Banner of a) all instructors who are teaching a course; b) all students who are registered for a course; c) all faculty, classified staff, and managers who have gotten a paycheck within the last two months.  So I'm surprised that you're showing up in at least the last feed.  

Since I'm not getting any information about you from our Banner feeds, I can't set up a record for you using your L-number.  I have set up a temporary account using your last name and first initial, however, which you can use to log in to Moodle until we resolve why your name isn't included in the data I get from Banner.

Finally: please send me the CRN of the course that you're taking over, and I can add you as an instructor.  Then perhaps we can work next week to clear up why you aren't coming through in the instructor list from ExpressLane.

Please enroll Vicki Dodge as an instructor in Moodle/spring instance asap. She is taking over a class for Sharon Hagan, Dental Hygiene. She is not showing up in the system as she was not assigned a course for spring term.

The students realize now, after one term that they are communicating with me. However,in addition to not ever instructing or not having any instruction on how to use Moodle...this has also added confusion.
