Hello webmaster colleagues!
I have downloaded the CoreFTP light and I believe pasted in the password you sent me but I have gotten a "can't establish connection" message yesterday 12/29 and today 12/30.
Any suggestions?

Secure FTP program (SFTP).  We recommend Cyberduck for Mac users and
