I tried 'refreshing' again and the first portion (that had been missing when I sent the email) still does not show up. 
I opened the the syllabus in 'instructor view'  and did shift/refresh. I tried it with the edit on and with edit off. 
I am glad to know that you can see it, but just can't figure out why I can't.

I just checked and it is all there. Try again. You should not need to keep refreshing the page but it will not hurt anything.

I had finished some additional changes on the syllabus for the NUR100 course and did the 'shift&refresh'  to get the changes showing up on my computer and it now looks like I lost most of the syllabus.
