Hi Meredith,

The one that I would use is the option # 1 that you present below.  Seems that it would make it easy for the students to see only the items that pertain to their specific class(es).

If I think of another option, I will send a follow-up message.

1. You can create an Activity> assignment
Copy and paste the syllabus into the text area.
Grade = No Grade
Available: all term
Assignment type: offline
Group mode: separate groups

2. Easier method:
Create simple links to each document and let them click on the correct one.
Syllabus for CRN #xxxx, M/W
Syllabus for CRN #xxxx, T/Th
