Guys,

Just a note: deleting students doesn't actually delete their assignments (as my earlier message to Suzanne indicated).  It simply changes their entry in the students table to indicate that they're not enrolled.  All grade entries (from what I've seen) remain intact.  So when the student is re-enrolled, the students table is changed, and they're reattached to their grades.

I don't know if the same is true for forum posts, but I'm pretty sure that it would be.

Please read attached message. Susan accidentally deleted all of her students, thereby deleting any assignments and records of the assignments they have turned in.  (I know she can add students back in - it's their work that is lost) I know we back up the server on a regular basis but is there any way to pull just this course and if so when was the last backup done?
Please advise, instructor is frantic,
