I *think* I am!  As the primary (voting) representative for LCC I get to designate a limited number of others at the college to receive EDUCAUSE publications and communications.  I think I started putting one or more of the faculty webmasters on there when I first took over the responsibility in 2000.  It is definitely a high-quality organization with lots of highly appropriate resources for IT in higher ed.
