Hi Dale,
1pm sounds good but I'll need to see if we can get an account set up before then. You website is fairly extensive. Is there a reason you would not want to use Moodle? In the long run it will be easier to update. 
I will confirm the appointment once your Easy Website account is created o don't come out until you here from me. Would you like to meet in the ITC lab (my office) or your office?

Hello Meredith, 
I am interested in converting my present (fairly extensive) website to EasyWebsite.  Would it be possible to schedule a block of time tomorrow (Thursday) to get me started converting my existing website to an EasyWebsite?  I can arrange to be on campus tomorrow afternoon--an appointment with you at 1:00 would be ideal for me, but later is ok, too.  Would this work for you?
