Missing quiz

 	Okay, I'm starting to think I'm the only one who's having moodle issues.  (Hmmm... thoughtful)  There are weird things happening with my quizzes this term.  Most recently, a student took the quiz (so it was indeed there), and got 9/10 correct, but moodle gave her a 0 in the gradebook.  She went in to retake the quiz, but of course couldn't get access because she'd already taken it.  Last night I was able to look at her quiz and see that she did indeed get 9/10, so I changed her grade in the gradebook.  But today my quiz seems to have vanished (sort of).  Preview allows me to see the questions, but Edit says no questions have been added yet.  Is this happening to others or am I in some weird moodle vortex as retribution for bad behavior?  Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
