I have very strange problem that seems to be a programming issue. I
have created a Lesson that is an interactive multiple choice practice
quiz. I used the Lesson function to allow explanatory responses to the
students incorrect answers. The problem is that on one question the
students' version of the responses says each of the answers is wrong.
However, the first choice (a) is wrong and the response is the response
that I entered. All of the other choices all produce an incorrect
response that I did not enter. These incorrect responses appear to be a
default type response. When I go to the instructor version the
responses are all as I wrote and entered them. I have also corrected
and uploaded the question twice since the problem arose, yet it does
not update.

Any ideas about a solution to this?
