Dear Webmasters,

My name is Daniel Johnson.  I am a paramedic with the Setuaket Fire
District in Setauket, New York.  I am also the district's controlled
substance agent developing their initial controlled substance program.  In
the process of developing the orientation program for department and
district advanced life support providers, I found your .avi file
demonstrating the preparation of a Carpuject syringe via a Metacrawler
image search.  I would like to include the file in the PowerPoint
presentation that I am developing.  Please advise me on the procedure to
obtain permission to use this file.  I found the file at
