A bit of a crisis: I have two students in CRN 40671 saying they are unable to take the Midterm Exam, which opened Monday.  I accessed it and "took" it through my fake student and found it worked fine.  Is there some reason, based on my settings, for why  this would happen?  Ideas about how to advise hese students or handle this complaint?
