Joe,
I have a couple of questions regarding quizzes.  1. I have a quiz with one matching question that has 11 responses.  I have it set up to award one point for each response.  However, every student who has attempted the quiz, has received only 6 points.  As near as I can tell they should have received the full score.  That leads me to my other question/issue.   When I click on the student's attempt and see the question, some of the responses are shaded and some are not. How do I know which response was correct (other than looking at each question)? Are the shaded answers considered correct?  Are the unshaded answers considered wrong?  If this is true, then why are the "correct" answers (make by the students) marked as wrong?  AARGH!  I want WebCT. Please help.
