hi,
here is a student's message to me. i have also pasted your 
response to my previous message, which talks about using
the announcement function to the entire group. at this point,
our question will be: how do i send a message to a group?
and how can a student know that a message has worked?
is this possible?
 
 Hello! So I have a question.  You put me in a new group, but none of the people in the group will respond to me.  I have no idea what's going on for our Wiki, and honestly, I don't think they do either.  Cindi responded to me a while ago saying she had no idea what were doing, and no one will respond to me since.  I don't want my grade to suffer because my groupmates are slacking.  I don't mean to sound like I am complaining, but I was wondering if they are even getting my messages or can see me posting because they don't resond to my posts either.  I don't want to assume they are ignoring me if it is a moodle problem.  Thanks for the help!
