Joe,
Can you call me in my office?  I have a student who cannot access my quiz. She initally logged on and was given a prompt to turn off her pop up blocker.  She did that and now she can only get to the initial quiz screen.  When she tries to enter the quiz, she just gets bumped back to the same screen.  I directed her to the student help desk and they told her they couldn't help her once she was in Moodle.
