Shouldn't students automatically be unenrolled when they drop?

The student is Kimberly Wilson L00465603

I'm trying to unenroll her from REL 203 - Religions of the Middle East (20820 & 20821).

I checked both my rosters and she is on neither of them, says she accidentally typed in the wrong CRN and added the class then dropped it right away during the first week.
