Patty,

I realized after I forwarded your message that Joe is out on break this week.  I also realized after I read more closely that you are using an old password.  The teach server had to be rebuilt over Christmas break due to a security breach, and in the process, passwords were changed (and made more secure).  I believe that the faculty webmasters sent out an email about this around the time that it happened to all teach users, so you might be able to retrieve it if you look in your mailbox around--I think--mid to late December.

In the meantime, your new password is: P3fnH6e;o

(That's a semicolon between the 'e' and the 'o'.)  It is case sensitive.  Also, teach now uses secure ftp, which may require you to change some settings in your WS_FTP client to connect.

That should get you in so you can upload your video.  If you have any questions about the new setup on teach, please contact one of the faculty webmasters at online@lanecc.edu.
