Julia,
Are you having a problems uploading/or with students seeing their grades, or are you having a problem with the maillist function?

I have checked the maillist on my easywebsite.  Outgoing mails to lanecc.edu and non Lane email addresses works.
I did notice that your "name" and "department" fields were empty when I logged into your website (homepage).
It COULD be that the maillist won't work unless it has an email address (which it did have... your munkvoldj@lanecc.edu) AND a name in the name field (which it did not).  I just put the information in the fields for you, but I looked at the size of your emaillist for First Year and did not want to send out a "testing" message myself.

Try it and let me know if it works.   

BTW, is YOUR email address on that list?  I don't recall seeing it.  If not, how can you tell the messages are not getting out (besides the obvious, I know.)
