I logged in as her and it worked fine--it says she had accessed the course 8 days ago. Did she try to enter her pin several times? The L# and pin should be exactly the same for Expresslane and for Moodle.

I'm cc'ing the webmasters to see if anything else could have gone wrong.

Rel 203 midterm exam

She came today around 5:00 pm. We tried to log her into your test but we had some technical diffculties. Moodle would not let her in. It displayed a message of an incorrect password or L#. Both were correct. She used them to retrieve her express lane schedule. I just wanted to let you know that she came in on time and would've finished the exam by 7:00 pm but Moodle refused to let her.
