Also, if it isn't too much to ask, could you resend me your two emails about Moodle and Winter term...I believe one was rather lengthy with some important information in it. I believe you sent it out around finals week.

It seems I inadvertently deleted them when I was "junking" the hundred of spam emails I was getting at that time.

Yes you can, but you will have to do it by clicking the Gradebook link, Edit grades tab, and type it into the gradebook.   You won't be able to use the drop down menu, which is already long, from 100 points down to 0.  Imagine adding half point increments to that scale.  

The purpose of using the drop down list for grades was to keep instructors for accidentally entering in bad values, such as the letter "z".  Heaven knows what the Moodle gradebook would calculate for a student with a grade of "z".  We are looking at the Moodle.org site to see if there are plans to just give instructors an empty box to enter a score, instead of the long drop down list.
